When a client has a monthly subscription:

• the client submits a task for completion
• we review and ask questions if needed
• we do the work (typically, we complete content changes and most small programming changes the same day or within 24 hours)
• we update the client as soon as the work is done and ask the client to confirm that everything is correct
• at agreed intervals, we send the client a detailed record of the time worked for each task.

If a client requires more work than can be handled through a monthly subscription (e.g. creation of a new eLearning course), we provide fixed cost quotes.

Monthly subscriptions are charged at the same rate ($100/hour) regardless of the number of hours.

• We consult with the client to establish the number of hours of required support. So a subscription could be 2 hours, 10 hours, 25 hours, etc.
• Monthly subscriptions are payable the first day each month commencing from when the subscription begins.
• Clients agree to subscribe for a minimum of 6 months and the subscription automatically renews.

Clients have the advantage of a sharply reduced hourly rate, and we have the advantage of a consistent revenue stream and more efficient planning of staff time.

We provide as much flexibility as we can within our monthly subscriptions. Within reason, clients may use more hours than provided in the subscription one month and fewer hours another month. We average out the hours every 6 months. If a client is consistently using more hours, we will recommend an upgraded subscription or the client can pay for the overages. And if the client isn’t using the hours, we will recommend a downgraded subscription. We trust our clients, and they trust us.
