Website Support Services

Our support services are designed to provide what the client needs when the client needs it. That can mean that we do everything for the client’s website or that we just help out with technical updates or when the client needs that little bit of extra help.

Support hours can be used for any task (programming, content creation, content updates, assistance with social media integration, search engine optimization).

Please note that a minimum of 15 minutes will be charged for each maintenance or support request.

Rate:
Monthly subscriptions are charged at the same rate ($100/hour) regardless of the number of hours. You decide the number of hours you need.

The advantages of our Monthly Subscription for our clients include:

  1. Number of hours is based on client requirements.
  2. Lower upfront costs compared to purchasing a support package
  3. Low hourly rate
  4. Flexibility in terms of overages as well as upgrades or downgrades of the subscription
  5. Consistent expenditure
  6. Unused hours can be bankee
  7. Worry-free online presence.
 

Rate:

  • 10-hour package price: $135/hour
  • 20-hour package: $125/hour
